The successful operation of PressTV and having millions of audience members has been costly; the channel, throughout the years, has managed to successfully absorb massive crowds in the human society due to being honest and unbiased.

Iran’s PressTV news channel celebrated its 11th birthday on July 2, as the round-the-clock global channel keeps covering high impact news from around the world, and to produce and broadcast news analyses of major events from across the globe. In a few episodes, ifilm will review titles pertaining the news channel’s decade-long resistance and resolve in fulfilling its mission vis-à-vis the global hegemony and Zionist (Satanic) powers.

DAESH has attacked PressTV journalist team in Syria 3 times

11 years on, the channel’s reporters are still prone to terrorist and enemy attacks. It was just last year that PressTV journalists were attacked in Deir ez-Zor, Eastern Quota, and Afrin in Syria. While sending their coverage of the unfolding events in Deir ez-Zor, and accompanied by Al-Alam News channel reporters, the defeated terrorists in the city of Kabajeb, on Iraq-Syria border, were targeted by the DAESH terrorists. PressTV equipment, including their SNG devices, were seriously damaged, but fortunately none of the staff was hurt.

The area of Afrin, located near Syrian border with Turkey, was another incident that occurred last February, in which the reporting team was hit by Turkish fighter jets; the aerial attack left the team members injured, and they were deployed to hospital. They were targeted while reporting the damages caused to a school in the city of Rajou, on the outskirts of Efrin in Syria. The team was the only journalistic group in the region and the members were all wearing special clothes with the channel’s logo visible.

This other instance of shooting the channel’s staff occurred in East Quota, while Mohammad Ali, one of the reporters, were hit by mortar shells of Fath-Al-Sha’am terrorist group as they were reporting the latest developments in the region; the shell went off near them, but fortunately none of the personnel was hurt.

The above events all suggest that PressTV is reporting news truthfully and genuinely across the world, while the different perspective than that of the western Zionist-dominated media outlets has caused wrath in the camp of the west-supported hegemonic powers, making them show inhumane behavior.
